“Skywalk” is the name of the panoramic circular trail on the alpine pastures of the Hochschwab region in Styria.

The comfortable double chair lift takes hikers to the Aflenzer Bürgeralm in the mountain scenery of the Hochschwab. The extensive alpine pasture area can be explored on several hiking trails.

The “Gretlhöh’ Skywalk” circular hiking trail is almost flat. Stops along the route, which takes about an hour, are the summit cross on the Gretlhöh’ and two viewing platforms with amazing views of the surrounding mountains.

The wooden bridge with glass elements in the floor, which connects the two platforms, provides a little thrill. From the bridge you can see down to the rocky slopes.

The chairlift to the Bürgeralm runs until 17 October on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
